The Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB) approved the following continuing education credits:
Marketing Track - CFMP 8.5
Customer Service/Sales Track - CFMP 7.25
Retail Lending Track - CRCM 9.0
Commercial Lending – CLBB 8.5
Operations/Technology Track - CSOP 7.25; CRCM 6.0
HR Track: Approved for 6.0 (General ) re-certification credit hours toward
PHR, SPHR and GPHR re-certification through the HR Certification
Institute.
