MBA Office Depot Program
The MBA endorsed partner, Office Depot, brings you an 18 state National purchasing plan that can save MBA members 10% to 40% off their office supply purchases compared to their prior office product costs. The savings available to the Members is generated in three methods:
- 200+ item “Core” List – a 40% discount is given on the items most often used by member banks in the national program. Request your Office Depot rep to add a copy of this core list to your login.
- 75 item “Customized” List- a 40% discount is given on this bank specific list comprised of your bank’s most frequently used items. This list needs to be created by you and your Office Depot Representative and added to your login.
- Member Bank Discount- a 10% discount is given on all other items outside the “core” and “customized” list excluding certain large ticket items.
Once your registration has been completed, an Office Depot rep will contact you within five business days to link the core list and customized list to your account.

MBA Check Printing Program - Harland Clarke
Michigan Bankers Association has teamed up with 14 other state banking associations to pool together the collective purchasing power of banks across the country, to maximize savings and rebates on a number of products for individual banks. The MBA Check Program offers a full selection of personal and business check products, reporting tools that track the program’s success, and an increase in branch efficiency and revenue while offering your customers greater choice on convenience. As an MBA member participant, your rebate income will increase as check sales grow and more banks join the program, not just in Michigan, but in 14 other states pooling together purchasing power. The combined efforts of banks in these states will result in an increase in the rebate percentage for all participants. MBA Consumer Lending Forms
MBA Service Corporation provides consumer lending forms at a competitive price to member banks. The forms are fully compliant with Michigan Lending Law and are kept up-to-date by Warner Norcross & Judd, LLP. Forms are generally purchased by the bank for distribution to their dealers.
