Here, you will find bills, acts and other law resources at the Michigan Legislature website www.michiganlegislature.org. At this site, you can search for bills using key words or bill numbers. It contains pending bills, old bills, and public acts for Michigan.

Record Retention
If you have data retention questions the MBA suggests you purchase the MBA Record Retention & Destruction Manual. The purpose of the MBA’s Record Retention Manual is to provide, in a user-friendly format, the record keeping requirements for Michigan banks imposed by the U.S. Congress, Michigan Legislature, and regulatory agencies.
