Pandemic Risk: Banks should have a Business Continuity Plan in place in case of catastrophic events such as fires, earthquakes, floods or power outages. Also included in this plan should be preparation for any potential flu outbreak. Take some time to brush up your Business Continuity Plan by looking at potential scenarios such as coping with employees out with the flu or imagining that your entire management team is down and unable to get to the bank.
