Division’s Focus

The Title Insurance Division of the MBA Service Corporation exists for the sole purpose of assisting members by:

• Answering general title questions from members who do not own an interest in an agency
• Discuss ownership interest in a title company
• Oversight of legislative issues relating to the real estate industry
• Reviewing Joint Venture and Affiliated Business Arrangement proposals and agreements from other title agents/underwriters for legal issues, termination provisions and income potential
• Managing bank-owned title companies
